Yoga & Meditation
My classes are a fluid, strength building flow based on the body's natural ability to move with the breath, along with mindful stretching, attention to alignment and meditation. I've blended my knowledge from trainings in Vinyasa, Meditation, Therapeutic and Chair yoga, to develop sequences that are dynamic, yet calming and support the body in a variety of ways. This uplifting practice is sure to leave you feeling more vibrant, energized and stronger, while creating an overall sense of balance and ease.
